Cancellation Policy: Cancellation By Client:
Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing, by the person who made the booking, and is not effective until the Company receives such cancellation. DAY TOURS: We offer one free date change on every booking,
as long as you let us know more than 7 days before your tour departs. DAY TOURS: Cancellation 30 days – 8 days before departure: 90% refund. Cancellation 7 days – 3 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellation 2
days or less before departure, or no-show: no refund. MULTI-DAY TOURS: Cancellation 31+ days before departure: 85% refund. Cancellation 30 days – 15 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellation 14 days or less
before departure or no show for departure, no refund
